Sallieann Harrison

I learnt to quilt whilst living in North Carolina USA in the early 2000’s where I was mentored by the incredible Shelly May of the "Raspberry Rabbits". I have now been teaching and making quilts for over 15 years.
I enjoy traditional quilting techniques and have won several quilt show awards both in the UK and USA. During the course of my career I have taught for museums and department stores and have had several patterns published .
I particularly enjoy small piecing, felted wool applique and love to make Civil War and 30's reproduction quilts.
I have a first class honours degree in Education Studies and specialise in small friendly workshops/courses, primarily in the Bristol area and I also give "Suitcase" style talks.

You can find me on Facebook as "Christmas Goose Stitches".
